Dollar.Bid is an online liquidation mix of unclaimed goods, misguided and/or damaged freight, overstock, shelf-pulls and customer returns.
The condition of each item will differ. Bidders assume responsibility to be aware of each item’s described condition prior to placing a bid. You are bidding on the described item, not the photo. Occasionally the wrong photo is displayed. Please always read the item description and condition

All Sales are Final - Items are sold AS-IS with no warranty (unless included in description) and no refunds will be made. In the event an incorrect item is listed, Dollar.Bid will offer a replacement of the correct item or issue a refund. Under no circumstance will a refund be given after 2 weeks from the auction’s closing date.
A Valid credit card and email must be on file for all bidders. Invalid credit card and or email may result in suspension of bidding privileges. Credit cards will ALWAYS be charged at the end of the auction unless otherwise specified. You must have available balance on your credit card for your online purchases at closing or your winning bid is voided. NO EXCEPTIONS. Habitual Non-Paying bidders will be denied access to the website
Items must be picked up within 5 days of auction closing, otherwise item(s) are subject to resale without refund. Auctions must be paid immediately at closing and picked up within 5 days of closing or they are subject to forfeiture without refund.
Payment for all winning items is due upon the closing of each auction. Upon closing of an auction, all winning bids plus applicable premiums and taxes shall be charged to the card on file.

To eliminate “bid sniping”, if a bid is placed on an item within the final minute of bidding, the closing time on this lot will extend an additional 30 seconds. This allows all bidders a fair chance to bid their maximum amount.
Bidders can place a proxy bid on any lot, which is a MAXIMUM bid on a particular lot. Bids will only increase in the lowest increment possible to keep the bidder's bid as the winning, until max bid is exceeded
Example: Bidder is first bidder on an item. Places proxy bid for $10, but bidder will be winning item at $1. When another bidder bids $2, the proxy bid will automatically bid $3. This will continue until the max bid is exceeded by another bidder.
WARRANTY & CONDITION
Items sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” - are sold with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Items are quickly inspected, but NOT tested, unless otherwise noted. All descriptions are general opinions of the item. All items will have a listed Condition. This condition is a “best estimate” of the current condition of the item, as determined by our staff.
New Item - Item is brand new with manufacturer packaging. Quality is excellent. REFUNDABLE
Looks New / Damaged Packaging - Item appears to be new, with light damage to the packaging or originally packaging missing. Item is NOT tested for functionality and/or completeness.REFUNDABLE
Open Box - Item has been previously opened and packaging may be damaged or missing. Item is NOT tested for functionality and/or completeness, and may be damaged, incomplete or in used condition (see item specific notes and pictures for more details). All open box items are sold AS IS.NON REFUNDABLE
Tested / Working - Item has been Tested to be in working condition. Item may be in new or used condition(see item specific notes and pictures for more details). REFUNDABLE
Limited Test - Item has been tested to power on (no additional test done).NON REFUNDABLE
Uninspected - No inspection or testing done on item (see item specific notes and pictures for more details). Sold AS IS. NON REFUNDABLE
Used - Pre-owned item, that seem functional with signs of wear. NON REFUNDABLE
Mixed Lot - Wholesale Lot that is a mix of new, used, damaged, uninspected and salvage items. Sold AS IS.NON REFUNDABLE
SALVAGE - Item is damaged and/or incomplete. Sold AS IS. NON REFUNDABLE
Accepted forms of payment shall be credit card and/or debit card. At the end of each auction, all winning bidders will be charged to the form of payment on file. (Note that the purchase price is the sum of the bid price, buyer’s premium, and sales tax if applicable.) A 12% Buyer’s Premium will be added to each purchase. No on-site payments will be accepted. Dollar.Bid reserves the right to relist/resell any and all items considered to be abandoned or forfeited when invoice is not paid in full and/or removed completely from auction location within auction specific terms for payment & removal.
All applicable sales tax will be collected on all sales. For tax exempt customers, a valid reseller’s certificate must be submitted.
Tax Exempt Status: If you are tax exempt and wish to utilize your exemption, you must provide a copy of your certificate before bidding so that we may adjust your account to reflect your status. No backdating or refunding of collected taxes will be processed for wins prior to the receipt of your certificate
Merchandise is required to be picked up within 1 week of the winning bid. Bidders must bring a copy of receipt or user ID, along with a valid photo ID for pickup. In the event an item is not picked up within the 1 week holding period, all items not claimed shall be subject to resale. Bidders will not receive a refund on any unclaimed items. This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS during the scheduled removal times NO refunds or chargeback will be granted due to a lack of removal in the designated timeframe.
If unable to come to the scheduled pickup time, it is the winning bidder's responsibility to send someone on their behalf with a valid driver's license and a "paid in full" invoice. If an item is not picked up or requested to be held by the scheduled pick up date, they will be subject to disposal, resale or donation without a refund after a total of three pick up days pass. No refunds will be issued for items that are not picked up.
Customers are restricted to the waiting area unless authorized/accompanied by facility management. Customers are expected to comply with staff requests while on the property. Any customer in violation of of this may have their account suspended/closed for non compliance
BID CANCELLATION OR RETRACTION
In the event of a bidding error, the bidder must use the Contact Seller tab on the item page to notify of the error. The bidder must include the Event Description ex. A0015, Lot Number, Item Description and the amount of bid. All bids are considered final and will only be cancelled at our discretion.
Bidder agree to indemnify and save harmless Dollar.Bid and their employees, licensees, agents, successors or assigns, against any and all claims, injury, loss, liabilities, lawsuits, damages, demands, action or cause of action whatsoever in any manner arising from this auction. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Venue will be Rutherford County, Tennessee.
Dollar.Bid liability shall be limited to the refund of bidder(s) purchase price only.
